The terms of this site are simple.

Do not try to abuse my site! No phishing software uploads and do not try to crack my site. Do not include my domain link in any spam email.

It is simply for file sharing of shareware files and files that are public domain and have been properly designated as such.

IF YOU HAVE CREATED AUDIO OR VIDEO FILES YOURSELF AND OWN THE COPYRIGHT FOR THEM YOU MY UPLOAD THEM!

You agree that all files you down load from this site are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. You agree that you hold us harmless for any actions that you do with the information on this site.

We do not warrant any of the files or programs and you agree to us them at your own risk.  

We do not support any of the files or programs. If you need help with them the authors of the files or programs may provide support and you need to contact them directly.

If you are the author of the files or programs you upload please provide compleat contact info and descriptions in the upload form before uploading them.

If there are any complaints about files we will delete the files from the system and delete the user that uploaded them.
